yes, i'm sorry. i know i shouldnt have procrastinate. and even when i said so, i shouldnt even be here in the first place. i should be concentrating on my not-even-half-done report which is due tomorrow. but i really have no interest of whatsoever in corporate governance since i dont really understand much about it in the first place, thanks to my wonder lecturer who excel in paraphrasing the points in the notes. i'm oh-so-tempted to watch some drama, but i know i cant and so i'm trying really hard to curb the blardy temptation. anyway, sitting in front of the tv is doing me some good, better then in school. i just need a tv to keep me going. i know it sounds really weird, but without tv, i simply cant progress. it's the same thing when i'm studying at home. i need some 'noise' when i'm studying, complete silence makes me sleepy. and so i think i'm the only one who works more effectively in front of the tv.
sighz. have i mentioned that i've spent a bomb this week. just on monday, i spent about 170 bucks on DVD, CDs, clothes and food. gosh... what happen to my savings plan. and so, now my balance is below what i wanted and i've yet to pay my hp bill. i think i really need to make it up when my next pay is in. which means, i need to spend a lot lesser next month, which is quite impossible considering my spending habits.
anyway, jenni and hanwei suggested that we should have a meet-up on 5th Oct because it's our 6th Grad Day Anniversary and qiujie is flying off the next day. sighz... i hope that if they do, please go to bugis to have steamboat so that i can table hop to please everyone. i definitely cant cancel out on my phuketeers A-G-A-I-N. it's 4 more years to the 10th GDA, and i wonder what are we going to do on that day. for this year, we had a batch chalet, and so, what's next?
sighz. there are too many things to be done. anyway, i think i'm going to save up a bit of money so that i can go to Japan at the end of the year and buy my fushigi yuugi and POT anime. kaoz. i'm sooooooooo annoyed that i didnt managed to get the green dragon set for fushigi yuugi. argh!
ok... and so, i've blabbered enough. back to my sickening EG.

it just reaffirmed the fact that this is a small world.
i cant believe that they know each other.
sighz.
somehow, i have the feeling that birds of the same feather flock together.
well, i dont have a fantastic impression of her either.
so it really doesnt matter.
anyway, there are quite a few things to look forward to in these 2 weeks. as usual, i'll be super duper extra busy on the last week of September.

*smilez*
*smilez* *smilez*
*smilez* *smilez* *smilez*
i think i'm rather weird lately. silly grins and delightful smiles keep appearing on my face. it doesnt matter if i'm just at home watching tv or busy at work, i just feel that to be able to live in this world is such a joyous thing.
it's not that there are plenty of things to be happy about, but i'm just happy. i know that the most important reason is that i'm enjoying myself at work. i'm so happy about it that it's giving me second thoughts about the resignation.
i love to work with my lovely and adorable colleagues, ok, there are definitely some exception. even though we've got LOTS AND LOTS of newbies lately, but i feel that their willingness to learn and take initiatives make things seem more positive. of course, there are some black sheeps. no, not the newbies, it's some of those who have been working for A WHILE, and i really mean A WHILE.
talking to racheal yesterday made me realised that how much i'll miss the place if i leave. of course, there's always a lot of bitching as well. let's be frank. i think ku*a is quite a nice person, but i think his work attitude sucks. i hate people who only likes to work at the convenience for themselves and not spare a thought for the feelings of the guests. oh, and that includes a*ob. and i think both are super good at eating snake lahz. oooo... have i ever feel to mention that his (ku*a) girlfriend is a bitch? when they are at the same station, they are forever talking to each other, and so, who is supposed to do the job? and you know why such behaviour is tolerated? you just need to suck up to useless people who care more about their ASSES then about others...
anyway, there was this lady who made me feel appreciated just the other day. she was with 2 elderly that could barely walk and they were waiting to go to the show. you know what? no one actually offered wheelchairs to the elderly. NO ONE. i dont think anyone even bothers. dont ask me what happen.. maybe they sat on their eyes. and so the lady was very glad and touched that i offered to push them to the wheelchair area. she actually thought that i would just leave her alone to push the 2 elderlies by herself. she said to me....
are the people here like you, so elderly-friendly? i'm really touched that you showed such kindness towards my parents. i hope the rest are just like you...
i felt appreciated. truly appreciated. i was smiling a lot, and qianru thought i was mad. hahaha.... it was a simple thing, but it meant a lot to me.
i know i wrote some very confusing entry the other day that made xuan worried enough to call me and ask me about it. well, even though she was thinking more on the fact that i might have some gossips to tell her, but still, i was really touched.
i feel loved.
by cousins, friends and even colleagues.
it's so easy to smile nowadays that i'm so afraid that such happiness doesnt last long enough.
p/s: jenni... about my other half, i can finally picture SOMEONE... and seriously, how i wish he's the one...

i watched a few shows recently. 恶魔在身边,换换爱 and Bambino! =)
i think i fell in love with 小美 all over again... he's just so 帅! 我真的觉得他的眼睛会说话! Why Why Love just made me fall in love with him, AGAIN! =)
how i wish he's mine.... muahahahaha....

i think he's really sooooo cute can??!!! too bad i cant find any photos that showed his devilish smile.. =( it's that same smile that made me fall in love with him in Devil Beside You... super duper cute lahz!!!
anyway, i also watched Bambino!, a japanese drama by Matsumoto Jun ;)
i think he's quite cute especially that smile of his...
be a Bambino might not be that bad afterall.

i was just daydreaming earlier.
yes, i know i've got a test to study for, but being super duper ultra sick and staying at home has not make things any better. i've been puking my lungs out for the last three days. it seemed like detoxing to me. but seriously, i dont appreciate such method of detoxing at all. it made me feel really terrible. i think my stomach was just too weak to have any food at all. whatever went in, came out. it sucks.
oh ya... daydreaming.
i was just thinking what kind of house would i have in the future? or what would i do when i have my own house? sometimes, i just feel like having a house of my own. MY VERY OWN HOUSE. no no, no sharing. just mine. to do whatever i like. *smilez* (that's why i said... daydreaming)
anyway, i think if i have my own house, it would become a chalet. hahaha.. because i can picture inviting my friends over for movie marathon, PJ party, baking session and lots more other things.
i can imagine having xuan, bee, jenni, yuxian, qiujie, yihua, bec, huifen, hanwei, szechao, jun and yien sitting in my living room going on a horror flicks marathon. hahaha... i can even see how bec and huifen will hug together and how yien will have a blanket with him. i'll probably be sitting quite far from jun after that 'horrifying' THE EYE experience.
i can imagine having yanmei, june, daf, prisc and carol baking in the kitchen with flour on carol's face. daf would probably be sitting in a corner staring into space and finding chance to try out all the different goodies that we baked. maybe we could end our session with a 'friendly' round of heart attack *winkz*
i can imagine jo, jingling, fongmei and siyin getting cozy on the sofa, sharing a blanket watching a comedy. with lots of drinks and snacks.
i can imagine having sok over lying on that big and comfortable massage chair trying out the different functions. oooo... with lots of chips and drinks. occasionally talking about the not-so-happy-but-not-that-bad moments.
i can imagine sok, min and linda opening bottles and bottles of wine and updating each other on recent happenings. playing bridge with me getting frustrated with min because she's soooo clueless at times. hahaha... but still, she's always so adorable.
i can imagine shan wandering about and looking at things and asking me lots of questions about the things that fascinated her. and after that, we'll probably bitch endlessly. hmmm....
i can imagine lynn, dex, hans, boon, joe, meiway, angie and karweng playing mahjong.
i can imagine the phuketeers sleepover and watching movies, with daf eventually and definitely knocking out in the end.
i can ALSO imagine having the SIM guys over and making them take turns to display their culinary skills. sok and i would probably be standing outside the kitchen and trying to judge who's the true 新新好男人 among them. maybe i should have that kbox system. i'll probably invite them over at least once a month to listen to really nice singing.
i can imagine lots of family gatherings - christmas, new year, national day and whatever big or small, insignificant or important occasions. i can imagine my cousins with their PSP and DS Lite going around trying to show off their highest scores. my grandpa would definitely be sitting on the massage chair *smilez* my aunties and cousins would probably be talking about the latest design for LV, Gucci, Coach, Hermes, Mui Mui etc. they can even tell you what's the difference between a real one and a A-grade imitation. my mum and dad would be trying to feed everyone with as much food as possible.
sighz. how i wish i have a house of my own.
well, i already have one.
in my dreams.

Follow your nose when it comes to a romantic situation -- you'll know what to do or say, and (importantly!) your timing's on. Lacking a romantic situation? Your intuition's helpful finding one now, too!
If your love life could use a little boost in one way or another, now is a great time to take a risk and tell that special someone what you're really feeling. Fate definitely favors you, but you need to act soon.
Time is definitely going to be on your side today, so use it wisely. Your romantic relationship is getting stronger, and today the two of you will finally have all the time you need to have that conversation you both have been waiting to have. Be honest and trust them with your feelings -- the good, the bad, and the vulnerable. This is an important opportunity to get everything out on the table and determine what you are dealing with. Make plans for the future.
i've been following my horoscope rather faithfully lately and i wonder why. and so my horoscope has sounded really promising nowadays and i hope that's a good sign. but is it really so?
who is the special someone that i'm going to have a conversation with?
let me see........
my family doctor.

"By today, you have pushed through the most confusing part of your little emotional obstacle course -- and things are starting to look clearer and you are starting to feel much happier. Your place among your friends is secure, and you know just where you stand. Hold onto your rising optimism, because it will take you the rest of the way. The going is not going to be so rough anymore, and you are about to experience an extended period of peace, relaxation, and contentment."
that is my horoscope for today. it sounds rather promising dont you think so?
as more and more people caught wind of it and asked me about it, my constant narrating of the same reason and excuses just convinced me further that i've made the right choice.

up alone at 4:47 in the morning is not a good thing to me
well, at least not today.
i'm having mood swing and getting super emo.
and i hate it.
i miss you.
i really miss you very much.
there are so many things that i wish i can tell you, but i dont know how.
it breaks my heart to know that you are just in front of me and i dont even know what to say.
i know you saw me too,
but maybe pretending to be unaware is better then acknowledging it.
i want to ask how are you doing...
i want to know what have been going on in your life...
i want to tell you how much i love you.
being unhappy with my current situation has made me learn to appreciate the things that i have even more.
like how to be more tolerant and have more patient with others.
learn to take things as it is and not too seriously.
learn to appreciate the people that i have with me and put in more effort in maintaining the relationships. show more care, concern and love.
when i decided to leave one of my 'loves' behind, it really broke my heart.
but i know it has to be done.
they said, "you win some, you lose some".
and so it is.
i will try my best to remember the good things,
and ignore all the unhappy ones.
it was graduation for many of my SIM peeps.
i had mixed feelings when i saw them.
sad because i wasnt able to join them,
glad because i still dont know what to do and this gives me more time to consider my options.
i know i'll miss them very much.
lectures had been really different without them, even though i still have porky, butt-y and kelly with me.
my 'love' of 5 years has left me =(
even though life hasnt been too harsh for me.
but it isnt always smooth sailing.
i dislike the fluctuations but i know that it cant be helped.
i know i'm rambling and venting my frustrations...
and so be it.
there are so many things to update and i'm quite determined not to miss out any of the events at all!!!!
1. jun's birthday
2. clubbing @ St. James...
3. the RMIT convocation...
4. aaron kwok's & jacky cheung's concert. (i've decided to update both events together even though jacky cheung's concert was in July. by the way, i still havent gotten over that overwhelming and breathtaking experience.)
first things first....
we celebrated jun's birthday @ Clarke Quay on the day itself, 24th Aug. there were quite a few of us but only 6 of us met up for dinner. anyway, the dinner experience was quite a disaster since we waited for nearly 2 hours before we finally got ourselves a table. gosh... by that time, it was already 10pm. it was more of supper than dinner....
hungry women are angry women.
and so, as we were waiting, we decided to do what we usually like to do...

with han wei...

bee and jun...

all of us, with the exception of xuan...
met up with xuan after that and we went over to Brewerkz. actually, i wanted to go to Iguana because i wanted to try their chocolate shots again. maybe, i should arrange to go to Iguana at one of our monthly meet-ups with my SIM peepz. hmmmz....
anyway, we ordered a TOWER and i couldnt even finish a glass of beer lahz. i'm really not a very beer person and the beer wasnt fantastic either.
but as usual, it's not the place lahz... it's the company that truly matters.

even though August had been a ultra busy month for me because of so many birthdays and meet-ups and events, but i'm very happy. it feels good to be around people that truly care about you because they love you.
i've been following my horoscope rather closely because of all those changes that i've made. it might be because i'm not too sure how this will affect me in my life, but still, i wanted things to change because life is a bit monotonous and i've been unhappy about the current situation.
and so, here it goes for 1st sept...
Do you feel good? You know that you should! The stars are sending some soulful stuff your way -- not to mention some burning hot sex appeal. Hitting the dance floor might be in order!
Your deeply practical nature is out on display now and the whole world can see how perfect it is for the current situation. Move from one task to the next with machine-like efficiency -- and then take time to chill.
It's in your best interest to get creative with how you get stuff done today -- because you need to get your new plans launched as soon as possible! Swallow your pride and ask for the help you need. -- now is not the time for the luxury of pride. Flattery, jokes, and even intimidation are all useful tools for you to employ in your pursuit. Be open about what you want to do, and share your excitement -- that is bound to be the most effective sales tool you have to get people to jump on board.
