i watched Transformers with Kelly last week at cine... i think the movie was AWESOME!
kelly and i were laughing away in the cinema... there were times that i really feel like bashing Sam Witwicky cos he was sooo chicken! i mean... he's shy and all that but still it gets on my nerves when he cant even do it right!! argh!
anyway, i think Captain Lennox (Josh Duhamel) is OH SO HOT!

Sending Xuan off to the land of drugs and sex!
okok... i know i've been putting this off for a darn long time, since xuan has 'kindly' mentioned that she is back from Amsterdam and this entry is still not posted.
which reminds me... now i'm wondering where is the photo that we took at the MRT station after xuan left. hmmmz.....
before leaving for the airport, i met dearestLina for dinner in town. she was so busy the entire day that we were almost late in sending xuan off.

ok, i've decided that i've procrastinated long enough. even though i love to take photos wherever i go, but posting them up is a chore!!! however, without photos, blogging will be quite boring.
so here it goes... these were taken on 10th July... there was the super large scale teachers' retreat that was organized in the zoo... and of course... our dinner and ktv @ Chinatown!
after a extremely tired morning of running around the zoo....
with Bee Bee and Weiyan!! =) they are just sooooo adorable!
Shova 1 and Shova 2! =) i've got nice teachers in my group, but they are also quite competitive.
Mrs Lim!! She is the main reason why i was so excited about this teachers' retreat! hahaha... i cant believe my luck! i saw her in the zoo the other day but didnt think much about it. to think that she's actually in the organizing committee of this teachers' restreat! *grinz*
of course! when the phuketeers meet up, we'll never fail to take a picture together!
oooo oooo... and you know what?! i met yuxian in the zoo!!! hahaha... speaking of coincidences.. i havent seen her for such a long time especially since she was away in Sweden. to think that the first time we met after she's back was in the zoo!! hahaha... and as usual, you can just picture our class peepz usual reactions.. there were lots of oohs and aahs and not enough time to update each other... sighz... oh well, i'm sooooooooooooooooooooo looking forward to the chalet this coming weekend!!!!! i think we'll gossip and update each other till our jaws ache. hehe...
and so, after an entire day in the zoo, the 6 of us went to Chinatown for dinner. we were trying really hard to convince Heather to join us for our ktv... but she was quite firm with her decision of going home to prepare for some event on the next day... oh well.... another time then!!!!
we were so excited about desserts that we almost forgot to take a group photo together... but in the end, i still didnt get to eat my black sesame paste.. :(

i took a toilet break while they were in the middle of one of those extremely upbeat songs. i sort of lost my way a bit because i didnt really bother to remember the number of the room... so as i was trying to trace my way back to the room, i heard some loud screamings and shouting of some upbeat, fast tempo song coming from one of the rooms that was along that corridor. and so, as i was trying to figure my way back, to my complete shock and horror, those screams and shouts were coming from OUR room!!!! gosh! now i finally understand why... the waiters and waitresses kept looking into our room when they walked past us... because we were simply VERY LOUD!!!!! wait till i managed to transfer the clip of their Wannabe... i think you'll understand what i'm trying to say....
and, to end our day...

i've been reading Edison Chen's blog quite often nowadays. i guess you do see a very different EDC in his blog.
you will see a very sensitive and sweet EDC. i know it's hard to believe. i find it hard to believe too initially. but when i watched 娱乐百分百 the last time, it sort of reaffirms my sentiments about him. seriously, i think he's a nice guy and quite an amazing boyfriend as well. it just seemed that he's very very very nice to his girlfriend. uhhh..... soooooo sweet...
he's always posting pictures of the elephant, which he calls it ELE, that his girlfriend gave him. it's quite a nice plush toy... really cute... but when the person looks arrogant, bratty, rebellious and all sorts of other rather negative words that you can come up with when you think of him, it's actually quite a wonder how different he is from that image in reality. even my cousin, Joleen, was very surprised about this side of EDC that the stupid papparazi has failed to make justice.
and that company of his, CLOT, seems to be doing extremely well in HK as well... and with such a babyface, can you believe he's going to be 27 this year? what a S.N.A.G!

yesh yesh... i know i'm a big procrastinator... i cant help it... there are just too many photos.
ok... so to make up for all these while... i've decided to write an entry with random photos.. heh...
this was the big Ah Meng stuffed toy that used to sit on Lynn's desk...
i cant remember when i came across this... but it was this caucasian elderly couple who spotted it and was so fascinated with it that they stood there observing it for a good 5 minutes (at least)...
i dont know if you guys are able to see what this is.... oh well, i was just trying to see how long is 8 inches when i saw this clip board... hehhhh....
this was the jungle nymph that i saw in the audi during one of the camps.... gosh... it's scary...
this was what Lynn, Daf and i had when we went to Ikea @ Tampines after our first attempt at wakeboarding. you can never imagine how tired i was especially when i was just floating around in Ikea.... gosh.. it was terrible!

ok... i'm extremely frustrated now. damn.
i lost my PADI OWD card. damn.
i think my dad must have thrown it away together with the envelope thinking that there's probably nothing of importance inside the envelope. OMG. i waited for months for the card and now it's gone. ok... maybe i dont need it now... but i dont like the fact that i've got to trouble people to help me replace my card since i have absolutely no idea how to replace the card and it's probably very troublesome to do so. damn it.
alright... i shall not dwell on that yet i'll 'settle' it when i need to. ARGH!!! DAMN!
anyway, i'm so dead. it's already 4 in the morning and i'm still WIDE AWAKE. sighz... i just cant get myself to fall asleep. damn it... and i have to wake up at 545 cos i need to be in the zoo by 730. i'm soooo gonna die.... and i'll be soooo tired later.... sighz.........

*yawnz* tired. i think i'm getting old. i feel tired very easily nowadays. i guess age is really catching up.
shad is back at work. haha... it feels good to see him again. i dont think he has changed much, just that he can no longer just bump around like in the past. well, he's going through training again, so doubt will see him much for this month.
school has been quite fun. ok... maybe it's just the lecturer. had RMIT visit for "Managing Change" and kelly said that the lecturer was also the course coordinator for one of the modules that we took. anyway, porky called her "hot mama" cos she still looked gorgeous after giving birth to a number of kids. how i hope she can be our lecturer for the rest of the semester. i'm sure class will be really interesting!!! at least, i was really paying attention in her lectures, and i think she's an interesting lecturer =)
anyway, i saw Rajwin today. hahaha... i think only sok and min know who he is. lalala... he's studying in SIM. ok... he was outside my lt, but i was too busy talking to kelly to say hi to him. hmmm... oh well, maybe next time. heh...
work hasnt been all that exciting either. the crowd has died down. i'm trying not to act too impulsively, however, the urge is getting stronger. somehow, it has come to a point that i'm looking around, hoping to give myself a valid reason to hesitate further. despite the seemingly impressive surface and the fact that it's earning big bucks, i feel that things are just sooo fake.
maybe i should practice what i've learnt in class - be a risk taker and embrace changes because not all of them are negative. however, it's hard when you dont see anything positive coming out of it.
anyway, i need to LEARN to keep my feedbacks to myself. in class, lecturers always say that feedbacks should be given for improvements, but sometimes, i feel that it's just a waste of time. when you arent the one that is contributing to the profit but a part of their expenses, seriously, who would bother with you?
i hope they dont get the grant. not because we arent performing well, but they really dont deserve to get the fruits of OUR labour.
unhappy things aside. i spent so much money in the past 2 days that i think it's scary. 250 bucks in all. but still, i was happy =) hahaha.. i finally got to shop for the things i want. i bought a MAC blusher, a Shiseido eye make-up remover (like finally), 2 tops from Zara and a tube dress from Dorothy Perkins. went to ThaiExpress for dinner with june on monday after the lengthy and tiring briefing in the zoo. gosh! i think this is the worse retreat that mag has ever come across. it's not the contents that she planned, but the requirements of the 'customers'. super diaoz!
ooooo ooooo.... kelly and porky went shopping with me at Marina Square yesterday. hahaha... we were supposed to have lunch first, but i was so excited when i saw Zara that i abandoned the supposed plan and shop to my hearts' content. hahha... i think kelly and porky were just about to faint when i finally relented to put my shopping spree on hold and have lunch at Billy Bombers. so well we were waiting for the food, i cant help myself but to continue shopping in topshop, which is just opposite of BB, for a while :D i think the 2 of them wanted to faint. hahahaha.... i wanted to buy the wedges that i saw from Novo, but after much consideration, i think it just dosnt look good enough on me to be worth the price. sighz..... oh well, lucky for me, if not, it'll be another 60 bucks gone!
